Exciting Opportunity: Office Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Office Administrator to oversee daily operations at our Caloundra office, collaborating with our administrative team to ensure staff compliance. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and meticulous organizer with a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling phone calls professionally and directing inquiries to the appropriate department
  • Welcoming clients and carers with a friendly demeanor
  • Communicating with clients and families about our services
  • Interacting with carers to ensure compliance
  • Maintaining accurate employee records
  • Coordinating with all office personnel at Right at Home Sunshine Coast
  • Performing any additional administrative tasks as assigned
  • Displaying empathy, passion, and a caring attitude
  • Demonstrating both independent and teamwork capabilities
  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with standard computer applications and a quick learner of new software
  • Upholding a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Basic knowledge of Aged Care, Disability, and Health systems
  • Customer service background preferred
