Exciting opportunity for an Organisational Change Manager to join a leading Financial Service organisation in an FTC position to work on a large-scale data program.

This role will support projects being delivered in a continuous delivery model (Agile) as well as initiatives using traditional project delivery models.

Your duties

  • Deliver change strategy that will result in technical and behaviour change and ensure it is delivered professionally and efficiently
  • Implement new capabilities, systems and processes to remediate data across multiple systems
  • Utilise existing change management framework and tools design fit for purpose change, learning and communication plans
  • Manage change activities across multiple streams and squads
  • Coaching and ongoing support for business SME to ensure delivery of change activities
  • Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements

About you

  • 2+ years working within Agile project environment
  • 5+ years working as an Organisational Change Manager working on large programs of work
  • Experience working on complex IT projects and large scale transformation projects
  • Experience working with Technology teams and understanding technical concepts to translate into business requirements
  • Certification or qualification in Change Management
