Customer Support & Administrative Assistant

More about the role:

  • Administrative tasks
  • Entering invoices into the system
  • Processing customer orders and repair accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and recorded
  • Manage incoming calls and handle queries & complaints
  • Coordinating with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and shipping, to ensure that customer needs are met and issues are resolved quickly
  • Uphold the highest level of customer service
  • Liaise with store managers & suppliers and required

More about you:

  • Prior experience in a customer service role, referably retail or wholesale
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in highpressure situations
  • Professional communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Proficiency using customer service softwear such as Zendesk or Salesforce, as well as Microsoft Office programs
  • Technical skills & the ability to pick up computer software as required

In return, you will receive:

  • A full time roster on 38 hours a week


Monday
  • Friday, every weekend off
  • A local office, based in Clayton
