Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our team on a
full-time basis from our Global Head Office in Milton, Brisbane or from our central office on Lonsdale Street in Melbourne

As our Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our journey to attract, engage, and hire top talent for our clients.

Your creativity will be unleashed as you craft captivating campaigns, develop advertising strategies, and position our clients as employers of choice.


Moreover, you will work closely with our Sales, Employer Branding and Talent Engagement teams to build strong client relationships and ensure successful recruitment campaigns.

In this role, you will report to our talented Recruitment Marketing Team Leader, with a dotted line to our Head of Operations.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Craft and implement Recruitment Marketing campaigns for a range of roles and organisations
  • Partner with our clients to create an effective campaign strategy that targets highquality talent
  • Flex your creative flair to develop branding, role positioning, and social and proactive talent pooling style activities.
  • Effectively manage campaigns, measure performance analytics, and conduct ongoing advertisement optimisation
  • Make a real difference to organisations by positioning them as an employer of choice
