Being part of transformational change at Uniting, as Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you will help us embed a newly endorsed People and Culture function that is responsible for ensuring that Uniting has the right Talent at the right time with the right skills for the right purpose.
You'll help build the Workforce Value Proposition and use this to amplify our Employer Brand to an external and internal talent market.
Building off the existing work conducted by Marketing and leveraging our socials and tech, you will provide us a competitive edge in finding and attracting talent.
How you'll make positive impact:
- Conceptualising, creating and implementing omnichannel comprehensive recruitment marketing plans
- Using the Recruitment Marketing platform to create and implement strategies to build nurtured and engaged talent networks and communities
- Ensuring a talentcentric approach to all Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing initiatives
- Oversee Uniting's internal / external careers sites and company review pages
- Collaborating with the Talent team and Operational Leaders to plan and execute recruitment marketing campaigns and events
