About the Role:

The Head of Business Management will have a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations in Australia and New Zealand for merchant and financial institution segments. They will collaborate with local and in-region partners to advise and contribute to key strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities include leading a team to handle run-the-business functions, change management, project management, vendor relations, process management, audit oversight, and data management.

This role offers a significant opportunity to establish and maintain essential frameworks critical for building a scalable model in Service Delivery, encompassing process management, governance, data quality, and relationship performance.


Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Change and Process Management:
    • Develop and maintain a change management framework for key initiatives.
    • Engage with Service Delivery for new projects.
    • Create a framework to manage impacts of change.
    • Maintain projects repository.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Forecast inventory requirements.
    • Track actual vs. forecast.
  • Invoice Management:
    • Manage purchase orders lifecycle.
    • Review asset usage and cost optimization.
  • Third Party Performance and Governance:
    • Ensure contract obligations are met.
    • Review services/pricing.
    • Manage vendor relations.
  • Product and System Optimization/Updates:
    • Deploy product/software upgrades.
    • Ensure optimal system performance.
  • Transaction and Financial Model Review:
    • Conduct analysis and testing.
    • Communicate updates to partners.
  • Data Quality Management:
    • Develop data management framework.
    • Implement key initiatives for data quality.
    • Monitor and analyze data for insights.

What are we looking for:

Seeking individuals with experience in developing frameworks, change management, testing methodologies, client governance, and audit. Familiarity with continuous improvement, digitization, and automation for process enhancement. Proficiency in data analytics, system integration, project, and change management. Strong collaboration and leadership skills essential, along with excellent communication abilities.


Desired Experience and Knowledge:

Minimum 5 years' experience in team leadership, Business Management, Product Management, and Service Delivery. Experience in payments, merchant acquiring, banking, finance, project and change management certifications, Bachelor's Degree, and working with Sales, Product, and Technology teams.
