The Role We're Recruiting ForAs the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the people strategy of Harvest Hotels.

This position calls for a seasoned professional capable of overseeing HR practices, focusing on leadership initiatives, and enhancing onboarding and training systems to support the group's dynamic expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy Development:
Review and enhance HR practices across the group, aligning them with business goals and the unique dynamics of hospitality

Leadership and Training:
Focus on building leadership capabilities within the team, ensuring effective onboarding and ongoing professional development

Operational HR Management:
Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, compliance, and employee relations

Culture and Engagement:
Foster a positive work culture that supports the group's 'Harvest Way' values and business objectives

What We Are Looking For:

Experienced HR Professional:
Proven track record as a HR Manager ideally within hospitality, entertainment, or retail sectors

Strategic Thinker:
Ability to craft and implement comprehensive HR strategies that drive organisational success

Leadership Skills:
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and promote a positive work environment

Adaptability:
Capable of navigating the unique challenges of the hospitality industry and driving HR initiatives that support business growth
