The opportunity


Transport for NSW are currently seeking an experienced Analyst to join the Technology & Innovation branch of the Customer Strategy & Technology Division.

This is a fixed term full-time position based out of our office in Macquarie Park with flexible working arrangements available.


The role provides a range of analysis, monitoring and reporting services to support the customer and operational technology (CT/OT) enterprise architecture practice.

The role works as part of a team and contributes to the engagement into standards development frameworks across the cluster.


The role is accountable for the delivery of assigned work and determining day to day priorities and actions to be undertaken, including establishing operational priorities in consultation with the Manager.

This is a Temporary Full-time role until June 2024.

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Embrace agile ways of working and contribute to the planning, monitoring and review processes of the CT/OT Enterprise Architecture Team;
  • Work with other members of the CT/OT Enterprise Architecture Team to support team activity;
  • Contribute to the TfNSW architectural landscape as represented in the enterprise architecture tool (LeanIX) and analysing data from multiple data sets;
  • Contribute to the development of the standards portfolio including reviewing and contributing to standards governance, maintaining the repository, and providing advice relating to standards;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both within the Division and across the cluster, to align strategies with business needs, and maintain an effective information resource of CT/OT standards across the cluster;
  • Work in a fastpaced environment supporting multiple and competing priorities concurrently, to tight deadlines.

About you
To be successful in these roles you will need to have:

  • A desire to be part of Enterprise Architecture practice.
  • Experience in analysing data from multiple data sets.
  • Experience in administering governance groups and processes
  • A desire to plan and deliver quality work within agreed timeframes.
  • Provide a range of support services to stakeholders to support the standards portfolio.
  • Demonstrate Accountability by being proactive and responsible for own actions, and adhere to legislation, policy and guidelines.

Salary and Benefits


The salary for this position is Transport Service Grade 7 ($108,770 to $121,822) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
