Records Management Project Officer

Your key responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the delivery of records management services, with a primary focus on reviewing current physical records, to ensure the OQPC business needs are met in relation to file structure, retention periods, security permissions and archiving in accordance with GRDS and QDAN.Consult with relevant business unit managers prior to seeking approval from records management delegate to dispose, retain or archive physical files.
Develop and implement strategies and processes to ensure the accuracy and reusability of data residing in the eDRMS.Identify reporting and other governance requirements to assist OQPC to reduce physical records and increase electronic business practices to provide efficiencies in accordance with GRDS / QDAN and governance frameworks.
Review, monitor, implement and report on recordkeeping practices in accordance with relevant legislation and information standards.Promote the use of best practices records management and deliver strategies to develop and update procedures, quality management activities, archiving and secondary storage, digitisation of records and other projects as required.
