Records Officer

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate retrieval and return of records from archival storage when required
- Register and lodge hard copy items for storage in compliance with State Records' standards and area KPIs
- Assist with routine disposal of records to meet compliance requirements
- Assist with clean up initiatives, including managing hard copy records from major contractors and archiving records from inactive share drives and RIVER sites
- Handle boxes up to 20kg as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in records management
- Knowledge of State Records' standards and compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle boxes up to 20kg
