ABOUT THE ROLE


Great opportunity for an experienced clinician to grow their leadership skills and join a compassionate, not for profit organisation where our work is more than "just a job".


  • Full time, ongoing
  • 122 beds low care, high care, dementia care
  • Provide quality residentfocused and clinical care utilising a personcentred approach
  • Reporting to the General Manager you will effectively manage and lead a team of nurses and carers
  • Take an active role in getting to know and communicating with our residents and their families
  • Manage residents' assessments, treatment, care plans and other documentation to the highest standard

ABOUT YOU

  • Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous Clinical Management experience in an Aged Care environment and knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Experience in managing and leading people by building a positive team culture
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated understanding of personcentred care and ability to work well in a team environment
  • You will lead by example, demonstrating our core values
