As a Supply Chain Master Data Specialist, your mission is to champion the creation and maintenance of master data within our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a champion for the creation and maintenance of supply chain master data.
- Collaborate with teams involved in manufacturing, planning, and distribution to understand and manage SAP item master and related data elements.
- Recognize the significance of highquality master data in achieving industryleading performance within the supply chain.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and actively participate in defining, training, and implementing better ways of working.
- Crosstrain in various supply chain master data elements to facilitate collaborative problemsolving and enhance overall process efficiency.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking ways to streamline processes and optimize outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Solid understanding of the importance of quality master data in manufacturing and distribution supply chain operations.
- Experience in maintaining the SAP item master and familiarity with data elements related to manufacturing, planning, and distribution processes.
- Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Eagerness to engage in crosstraining for diverse supply chain master data elements.
- Strong analytical, problemsolving, communication and interpersonal skills.
