We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our team at Teva Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient distribution of products to our customers in the New Zealand and Australian markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound documentation for Australia and New Zealand, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the supply chain team to avoid stock shortages and optimize inventory management.
  • Maintain purchase order status and shipment tracking information, ensuring seamless communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with 3rd party stakeholders, including warehouses, transport carriers, and overseas suppliers.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management or logistics.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain operations, including managing inbound logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory requirements in Australia is a plus.
  • Understanding of processes, documentation, and terminology involved in international shipping.
