Ray White Broome & Derby & Port Hedland is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our passionate team on a full-time or part-time basis. As the Sales Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading and mentoring our Sales Departments across multiple locations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong sales knowledge and exceptional leadership skills, real estate experience is preferred however we're open to a highly experienced sales person without real estate experience.

Objective of Position

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing day-to-day training, support, and advice to all Sales Departments. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and possess a deep understanding of real estate sales. Collaboration with the Office Manager, Managing Director, and Board will be essential for the efficient functioning of all offices.

Specific Role & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular training, support, and mentoring sessions for Sales Departments.
  • Foster the growth and development of sales teams, leveraging expertise for success.
  • Oversee Sales Administration and related personnel.
  • Drive KPIs and bonuses, ensuring team targets are met.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strategize advantageously.
  • Prepare monthly reports on individual and team progress, offering recommendations.
  • Manage Sales Department marketing initiatives and compliance.
  • Serve as the primary after-hours contact for sales offices.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for sales positions.
  • Develop and implement systems and procedures for Sales Departments.
  • Visit remote teams in both Broome and Derby regularly to provide support and guidance.

Remuneration Package:

  • Annual salary plus KPI-based incentives

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a high-performing Sales role.
  • Preferably hold a current Real Estate Sales Registration or equivalent experience, but not required.
