About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Rental Sales Coordinator to join our branch in Port Hedland. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with customers to coordinate all rental activities effectively.

In this role you will:

  • Develop quotes for equipment supply and manage customer sales enquiries
  • Build and enter hire agreements and off-hire when agreements expire
  • Support the team in identifying equipment availability and supply arrangements
  • Raise purchase orders for associated equipment
  • Liaise with transport providers to coordinate equipment delivery and pick-up
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and reporting tasks
