Your Talent

  • Degree qualified, majoring in HR, Business Admin, or a similar discipline preferred
  • 3+ years relevant work experience
  • Sound knowledge in employment law and practices
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in the HR function, while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Experience using MS suite, Workday, Sharepoint, Canva, advantageous
  • Strong data analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills and a strong business acumen
  • Interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport and relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work productively in a team environment

Your Mission

The Role:

We currently have an opportunity for a HR Generalist to join our PUMA team as People & Organisation Operations Support, based in our Moorabbin office. This is a permanent full-time opportunity. You will be a part of our People & Organisation (P&O) Team consisting of 7 team members and will report into our People & Organisation Partner.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake all administration tasks relating to P&O. i.e. employment contracts, personnel files, onboarding paperwork, maintaining employee data, reporting, maintaining manuals, organising induction packs
  • Drive the People Wellbeing and activities calendar
  • Leading the People communications to all areas of the business, through newsletters, sharepoint, email
  • Support with recruitment and selection of new team members, including advertising roles, conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, on a range of P&O topics
  • Support with Workplace Health and Safety, coordinating quarterly WH&S meetings, compliance checks, communication channel accuracy.
