As CEO, you will be steering the ship through uncharted waters of aged care, during a time of significant reform.

Visionary Leadership:

Like a seasoned Captain, you will guide the organisation with a strategic vision that honours its heritage while driving innovation and growth.

Your leadership will shape the destiny of this boutique organisation, setting a course for success in partnership with a supportive Board of Directors.

From compliance, accreditation, financial and workforce management to asset utilisation, your steady hand will navigate through any strong head-winds and identify future opportunities alike.

Safeguard the integrity of KDHS with the precision of a seasoned navigator, ensuring calm expert sailing through regulatory waters.
