Primary Job Responsibilities & Duties:

Administration Support:

  • Greet and Chat with people that need our products and services and assist or direct them to the appropriate person
  • Purchasing & sourcing the office needs, including the followup and monitoring supplier orders
  • Interact with team members to ensure smooth workflow
  • Office administration duties
  • Keep online and physical filing in organised manner
  • Keep office and kitchenette tidy and clean
  • Under the guidance of the Head of HR, provide support to HR team in interpretation of HR policies and procedures and provide support on HR issues

Qualifications:

  • University Degree/Post Graduate degree in Human resource management Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Computer literate especially word and excel.
  • Excellent in
    English and Mandarin both speaking & writing.
