We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our team of account managers in the automotive sector.
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, coaching developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and maximize customer satisfaction.

Key Details- Commencing late June Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 5:00pm.- Melbourne CBD location- Full Time | 2 years Fixed Term Contract- You will be required to complete a National Police ClearanceKey Duties:
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives for automotive clients.
- Manage a team of account managers to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to make datadriven decisions.
- Coach mentored and developed staff for future roles within the company.
- Foster strong relationships with automotive clients, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders to maximize value for all parties involved.
- Proactively manage risk and maintain quality assurance across all functions of the call centre.
- Manage budgets and expenses to maximize efficiency and minimize costs while achieving organizational objectives
