About the Role


As a Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in strategically managing and improving the performance of your assigned team while contributing to the ongoing enhancement of our contact centre.

Your leadership will play a crucial role in motivating, coaching, and developing a team of Enrolment Consultants to exceed assigned KPIs and consistently deliver exceptional results.

  • Commencing late July Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

  • Full Time | 6 Month Fixed Term Contract (potential of extension)
  • You will be required to complete a National Police Clearance

As the Sales Manager you will:

  • Motivate, coach, develop, and inspire your team of Enrolment Consultants to exceed assigned KPIs and consistently deliver exceptional results.
  • Monitor and manage team performance, ensuring sales targets are met or surpassed through effective leadership and support.
  • Conduct regular Quality Assurance assessments, providing feedback and conducting 1:1s and team meetings to drive performance and growth.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of campaign products and systems, enabling effective guidance and support for your team.
  • Foster clear, constructive, and timely communication with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
  • Implement sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives, contributing to the overall success of our client.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive improvement.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders, maximizing value for all parties involved.


Skills and experience- Previous experience in a leadership role within a sales contact centre environment (inbound/outbound) is essential.- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and sales coaching strategies, enabling you to drive high-performance teams.- Demonstrated success in developing and leading high-performance sales teams.- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with clients and organizational peers.
