Due to continual growth and expansion, an opportunity has now arisen for a talented

Document Compliance Coordinator with an Engineering or Science background to be responsible for SOP writing, documentation of procedures & processes, Work Instructions etc for major new facility.

About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, key responsibilities include:

  • Develop & maintain departmental processes including SOP's, Work Instructions. Process Flow Charts, Training.
  • Assist in operational readiness for electronic batch records, development of workflows & procedures.
  • Coordinate documentation reports for Building Operations & Services.
  • Coordinate deviations, change controls, CAPA's & risk assessments.
  • Collaborate in facility GMP & technical internal & external audits
  • Effectively liaise internally with all relevant key stakeholders.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Science.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in quality and/or engineering. within regulated industry such as pharmaceutical, medical device.
  • Sound pharmaceutical/medical device industry exp ESSENTIAL.
  • Sound experience in writing/reviewing documentation including updated SOP's, WI's etc.
  • Sound administration/organisational skills with the ability to prioritise.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in cross functional/multi disciplinary team.
  • Sound MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
