We are representing a Victorian based developer specialising in Land, Medium density and Social Housing. This is a fantastic opportunity to get hands on experience across a range of projects and make the step up from officer/analyst.

This role is pivotal in the full lifecycle of development, supporting the Senior Development Manager and General Manager in site identification through to management of consultants and delivery team.

Prior Experience

  • Tertiary Qualified and hands on development experience within Land or Medium Density property.
  • In touch with market trends, having built relationships with key industry players and agents.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing feasibility studies and an understanding of Estate Master.
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills, this role will assist in reporting up to board level
