About the role

Responsibilities include, although are not limited to:

  • Conduct market research and ensure projects are developed according to various objectives.
  • Tender various consultants, make recommendations, and appoint using consultancy agreement.
  • Manage and supervise consultants and contractors to ensure budgets and targets are on track.
  • Assess variations and cost claims.
  • Assist the marketing manager with preparing and negotiating sales contracts, follow up on settlements, and assist with the onsite sales office.
  • Monitor and maintain project feasibilities and budgets.
  • Review consultant and contractor performance to optimise financial and design outcomes.
  • Complete risk assessment checklist and approve invoices promptly.

Key selection criteria:

  • Tertiary qualification in property or engineering ideally. Valuations, town planning, finance, or other related disciplines will also be considered.
  • Experience as an Assistant Development Manager or have experience in the design/delivery/constriction of either land/civil projects or medium density developments.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have a keen motivation to learn and progress your career.
