As a

Regional Sales Manager & Rotables Repair, you will be responsible for managing the refurbishment and repair of mining equipment (transfer chutes and other small fabrications) for Bradken's Mineral Processing business. Your responsibility will involve coordinating between customer and our Bradken team from the receipt of goods to dispatch.


You will be safety focused and your responsibilities include preparing technical documentation detailing the scope of work required for refurbishment, adhering to applicable Australian and international quality/manufacturing standards, and ensuring that all tasks are carried out safely in accordance with company work practices and occupational health and safety requirements.


You will provide technical assistance to the sales team, check drawings to ensure engineering requirements are captured in full, obtain quotations for equipment repair, and guide the manufacturing team's schedule to meet customers' delivery expectations.

You will provide or facilitate management reports, budget forecasts, or other survey data that may be requested by the Sales & Marketing Manager.

As a customer-facing representative, you will have precise and professional communication as a key driver for this fast-paced position.

You will communicate directly with end-users, coordinate the receipt and dispatch of equipment, and inform appropriate Bradken personnel of the current workload, new deliveries, and job status.


Key Technical Criteria

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience within a fabrication environment including managing ITPs and project management
  • Experience of transfer chutes and wear protection systems
