As a **Sales Support Coordinator,** you play a key role in ensuring the timely and efficient operation of internal & external quotations. You are responsible for the efficient operation of sales and enjoy working closely with Account Managers, and Region Managers in Sales.

You are good with systems and are experienced in using CRM (Salesforce), Customer feedback and ERP (Financial/Inventory). You are confident in using the systems internally and providing updates externally to the customers as required on product Despatches and order status.

You are an all-rounder and are responsible for collating, and evaluating salesforce data, providing insights to the regional sales team, assisting with the training of the regional sales team, monitoring data quality, assisting with pipeline management, and participating in monthly super user team meetings.

You are a champion in building trust-based relationships with customers, suppliers, and other team members and liaising with the Freight and Order Fulfilment teams on order fulfilment requirements to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

With your high attention to detail and organisational skills, you will assist and support with tender and contract documents, provide feedback to Management, and ensure the best possible outcomes for Bradken and its customers. Assist with regional Debtor management & Inventory Management.
