Due to an exciting phase of growth in our Human Resources Advisory practice, we are searching for an accomplished and experienced Human Resources Advisory / Consulting professional to join our Sydney or Melbourne team, as an Associate Director.


Main responsibilities

  • Build and take ownership of key business relationships by managing others to deliver quality work, including internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the preparation, delivery, reporting and evaluation for assigned projects and engagements, taking responsibility of those larger and higher risk projects and engagements.
  • Provide advanced technical knowledge, direction, and training to others.
  • Participate in team decisions including resource allocation, career development of people and other people management decisions.
  • Have a focus on business development, building networks and people development. Actively collaborates within the firm through engagements and networks.
  • Contributes to the firmwide purpose to inspire confidence & empower change.

Qualifications

  • Specialises and maintains specific Human Resources focus, being aware of issues and needs.
  • Functional HR experience including core HR Operations, Workforce Management, Payroll, Learning & Development
  • Demonstrated career experience delivering significant HR transformation in both consulting and industry sectors
  • Demonstrated understanding of HCM systems including SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle and Workday
  • Strong communication and impact skills, commercial and contractual understanding.
  • Business Development or Sales Experience
  • Hands on project management and project delivery experience
