Job description:

As the Change Manager, you will engage with stakeholders across the Finance and HR stream of the business to identify and analyse change requirements, assess the impact of change on stakeholders, and develop and implement change management strategies to support successful adoption of change.

You will be responsible for assessing organisational readiness for change, creating communication plans, developing training programs, and managing stakeholder engagement throughout the change process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and processes to support successful adoption of change initiatives
  • Assess organisational readiness for change and develop plans to address potential risks and issues
  • Analyse the impact of change on stakeholders and develop plans to address concerns and issues
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and develop plans for continuous improvement
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and engagement throughout the change process

Experience:

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering change initiatives in complex environments
  • Successfully worked on large system implementations where you have extensively had to engage with HR and Finance stakeholders P
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues quickly and effectively
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Prosci Certifications
