About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to join our high-performing Enterprise Delivery Change Management team. As a Change Manager, you will create and execute change management plans to support our stakeholders through ongoing change.

This role will be responsible for supporting a Privacy Act Reform program, which will result in multiple process and system changes across the organisation. You will have experience supporting large-scale regulatory or risk projects and working within an Agile delivery environment.

You will utilise existing Organisational Change Management frameworks and tools to devise and execute 'fit-for-purpose' change, learning, and communications plans. You will also manage and execute change activities across multiple initiatives, streams, or squads.

About You
  • 5+ years of project and people engagement-related change management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver Change, Communications, and Learning activities for large-scale regulatory or risk projects
  • Experience working closely with Risk and Compliance teams as well as Business SMEs to understand changes required and translate into easily understood business language
  • Experience in understanding how changes impact an end-to-end system of work or value chain
