Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Specialist to join our team on a short-term contract basis. The successful candidate will work with a large customer in Brisbane, requiring occasional flexible working hours to engage with international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the completion and maintenance of stakeholder assessments
  • Identify and assess the impacts of S/4HANA and SuccessFactors implementations
  • Prepare training needs analyses and coordinate the development of training content
  • Develop and maintain training schedules for end-user training
  • Coordinate the delivery of training, including scheduling, room booking, and sending meeting invitations
  • Create targeted communications with key project messages and support business readiness activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organisational Development, Psychology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in change management and/or project coordination
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to various audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move towards a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in ambiguous situations
  • Resilient and tenacious, with a propensity to persevere
