The role

As the HR Business Partner, you will work as part of the shared service function in coaching and mentoring the leaders and middle management in

Provide advice on all HR areas including employee relations, performance management, and team leadership and employee engagement;
High level of employee relations including conducting performance meetings, running investigations and disciplinaries, as well as providing a solid tool kit for Managers to manage this process effectively within their teams;
Supporting leaders and the Recruitment Team to ensure new team members are inducted effectively and set up for success; and

Building strong relationships over the phone across a multi-geographical location span, building connections quickly.

About you


To be successful in this role, you will ideally have come from an industry background of hospitality, retail or customer service, working for a large and complex organisation.

You will be exceptionally strong in the ER space as a large component of this role will be managing cases and providing advice to Managers in accordance with legislation, and in alignment with commercial outcomes.

You will be high energy, professional, and have a strong level of emotional intelligence.
