Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes and delivering exceptional employee experiences across our QLD stores.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with our Field Management Teams to provide coaching, support, and guidance on HR-related matters, ensuring our teams and individuals reach their full potential.
  2. Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment by implementing employee retention, engagement, and performance initiatives that drive business results.
  3. Develop and implement projects to improve all stages of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to talent development and succession planning.
  4. Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, grievances, and compliance.
  5. Use data and analytics to inform business decisions and drive operational performance.
  6. Embed EssilorLuxottica's values and culture throughout the organization, promoting a positive and engaged work environment.
  7. Collaborate with the broader HR team to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR generalist roles, with a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Formal education in Human Resources or a related field, with relevant certifications and qualifications.
