About Us

We design, supply and install telecommunications solutions to help our clients keep their workforce safe and manage their most critical assets.

About the Role
Working with the Victorian Technical Services team, you will be responsible for developing your skills in order to help us execute technical services and maintenance contracts as required by CSE Crosscom and our customers.
We will rely on you to provide an excellent level of customer service that exceeds our client's expectations, cultivates positive relationships, and contributes to ongoing business development.
About You
Driven and motivated to excel, you will be a great teammate and communicator, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
You ideally are a school leaver, or be considering an adult apprenticeship, or, having successfully undertaken a Pre-Apprenticeship in electronics engineering, RF engineering or a related field of study.
You are interested in gaining a strong technical knowledge of:- P25, TETRA, DMR and analogue radio equipment.
- Radio spectrum.
- Network based radio systems.
Other skills and experience include:
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Certificate II or Pre-Apprenticeship in electrical or telecommunications fields of study.
- A passion for radio communications and telecommunications technology.
- Australian Driver's License is highly desirable.
- Ability to follow processes and procedures.
- Ability to problem solve and faultfind in time critical situations.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ownership and responsibility for the role.
