About the People & Culture team:

The People & Culture Department is responsible for the Institute's HR Strategy & Development, HR Operations, Payroll, and Safety & Wellbeing.

Within People & Culture, the HR Operations team coordinates best practice HR activities on a day to day basis while ensuring high quality service delivery.

Incorporating organisational design, recruitment, performance management, employee relations and industrial relations, HR Operations is at the heart of an employee's journey at the Institute.


Role Purpose / Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities are to provide efficient and effective HR and administrative support to the Human Resources Operations team.

You will administer employment contracts and student agreements and assist with end to end recruitment including drafting advertisements and position descriptions.

You will also be responsible for producing and actioning monthly HR reports, and providing continuity around annual reviews, probations, visa's and allowances.


About you:


To be successful you will have a degree qualification in Human Resources, Business or an equivalent combination of relevant training and professional experience.

You will be organised, have excellent time management skills and attention to detail.

You will have great interpersonal skills to ensure high-quality client service delivery as well as strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ideally, you will have experience using a HRIS, and be able to learn systems quickly and easily.

Remuneration:
Salary range is $69,340 to $77,487 per annum plus generous salary packaging and superannuation. This is a full-time, permanent appointment.
