**Role and Responsibilities**:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a hands on, commercially minded Supply Chain Coordinator to join the team. This is a newly created role, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

The Supply Chain Coordinator’s responsibilities include:

- Operational supply chain management:

- manage purchase orders and goods receipting
- coordinate shipments
- liaise with suppliers and contract manufacturers
- be the supply chain team ERP champion.
- Supply chain procedures and processes:

- work with COO to implement procedures and processes
- work with Finance Team to ensure effective integration between inventory and financial management activities
- Relationships:

- build strong relationships with supply chain stakeholders
- work closely with the Operations Team
- help EVOS create an amazing customer journey

Working in a small, but highly skilled team, your supply chain skills will contribute to achievement of EVOS’ goals.

EVOS operates Salesforce, as its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and FinancialForce as its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, for an integrated approach to its core business systems.

**Experience and Skills**:

- At least 3 years supply chain or logistics operations experience
- Experience working with CRM and ERP systems
- Experience in the technology or manufacturing sectors
- Experience in international logistics and freight management
- Experience implementing or modifying supply chain policies and processes
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Team player, with strong interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail and highly organised
- Strong prioritisation skills to manage tight deadlines

**Nice to haves**:

- EV Industry experience
- Experience working with Salesforce or FinancialForce

**Location**: Brisbane, Australia

**Report to**: This role reports to the COO
