Job Description:

We're looking for an outstanding Partnership referral Sales Executive to join our Australian and New Zealand Sales team.

As a crucial member of the team, you'll be the driving force behind the expansion of our client base, generating, onboarding, and acquiring high-quality new relationships.

You'll work closely with our digital and human lead dealing team to deliver new consumer clients, taking ownership of our success and driving revenue to new heights.

This is a chance to showcase your sales skills and be at the forefront of OFX's growth.

What you do:

  • Be a driving force behind OFX's client base growth by leading the expansion within affiliate networks and establishing new partnerships, putting you at the forefront of our exponential growth.
  • Use your sales expertise to take the reins of our existing consumer partnership leads, continuously expanding and maturing the program and scaling our success to new heights.
  • Showcase your sales skills by presenting and explaining OFX's value proposition, products, and services to potential partners and clients, driving success and growth.
  • Collaborate with our Operations team to stay ahead of industry compliance regulations, legal adjustments, product advancements, and distribution channels, putting OFX ahead of the curve.
  • Exceed KPI targets with your commitment to success, track and record your activity on accounts, and use your skills to support closing deals, driving success and growth for our team.

Qualifications:

  • Sales and business development experience of 2+ years, with a hunger for success and an attitude to keep going until you succeed.
  • Desirable experience in the FX industry, as well as CRM experience (preferably with Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and strong attention to detail.
  • A passion for growing external partnerships, contributing to a collaborative team environment, and growing strategic relationships from inception to scale.
