Salary:
$129,379 to $173,138 (Plus Superannuation)

  • Fixed term role (14 months)
  • Usual hours of work: Full time (flexibility may be available)
  • Usual work location: 1 Spring Street, Melbourne (flexibility may be available)


This position reports to the Director, Strategic Platforms and requires strong operational and strategic planning and management skills, including people management.


Other responsibilities of the Manager, Enterprise systems include:

  • Plan and manage the team's work program (including maintenance, operational support (service requests/enhancements), audit support and internal/vendor projects) in accordance with service level agreements and agreed timelines.
  • Procurement and contract management of enterprise contracts including Oracle SaaS and PaaS/IaaS, in compliance with relevant policies.
  • Build and maintain collaborative, productive partnerships with business stakeholders and vendors.
  • Continuous improvement of service delivery and operations.
  • People management and leadership: Proven people management and leadership ability, including safety and wellbeing, workload management, recruitment, onboarding and induction, performance planning and coaching, learning and development, recognition, etc.
  • Planning, organisation and negotiation: Experience planning and managing multiple work pipelines with competing priorities and timelines (e.g. system maintenance, support and projects) in accordance with service level agreements, including scheduling and proactive negotiation with customers.
  • Business and vendor management: Experience managing high value enterprise ICT contracts in compliance with relevant policies, including procurement, contract management and vendor management.


Project, change or ICT service management certifications or a relevant tertiary degree would be highly regarded and experience on a large ERP implementation project would also be desirable.
