The opportunity:

The National Projects Manager is responsible for the planning, execution and completion of projects across HPS. Projects are to be delivered within strict timeframes to meet deadlines, budget adherence and aligned with company vision, goals and strategies.

This includes leading the implementation of the project, acquiring resources, co-ordinating project team members, suppliers, contractors and consultants to deliver projects in accordance with the project plan. The National Projects Manager develops networks and builds relationships with providers to meet project objectives and oversee quality control.

What you will do:

  • The types of projects are broad and include examples such as the implementation of new services, pharmacy builds, upgrades / repairs to existing facilities and other business-related projects.
  • The National Projects Manager will also assist the Business Development team and EBOS Group Property Manager with contract management. This includes updating and maintaining our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure service contracts and leases are up to date.
  • Support the business development team and perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Proven project management experience.

• Proven ability in defining, executing and delivering best practice commercially and financially successful projects

• High levels of technical capability.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence people to achieve win-win outcomes.

• Excellent analytical thinking ability to assess risk, resolve issues and make sound business decisions.

• Excellent commercial experience with solid understanding

• Ability to think creatively and strategically in developing innovative projects that increase competitive advantage and profitability.

• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to facilitate and manage change.

• Goal orientated and willingness to be responsible and accountable for achieving project outcomes and business results in line with strategic plan.

• Ability to review and analyse project success and institute process improvements

Highly desired criteria :

• Degree in Project Management

• Experience managing contracts including the use of CRM systems

• Prior experience in Healthcare / Pharmacy
