Client Services Officer

Estia Health South Morang is an elegant home positioned around a lake and surrounded by picture-perfect gardens. Situated on a quiet road, moments from Westfield Plenty Valley and public transport, the home is one of two in the area, just minutes' from Estia Health Plenty Valley providing choice of aged care services to the local community.

What is the opportunity?

Estia Health South Morang have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join our leadership team on a Full Time basis.

As first point of contact for families seeking Aged Care services, the Client Services Officer will assist residents and their families in their journey into residential Aged Care;

  • Manage all customers inquiries including conducting site tours
  • Implement sales programs to increase the uptake of additional services
  • Proactively manage the pipeline of inquiries to improve sales and conversion rates
  • Act as the Customer Service champion for the home by monitoring service standards, ensuring training of staff and actioning resident satisfaction feedback
  • Provide support to complete admissions paperwork and help our customers understand the process

What do you need?

Our ideal candidate has proven time management and organisational skills along with the flexibility to manage changing business needs. With a savvy sales nature and a high degree of self-motivation, you will also possess;

  • Preferably 5+ years' experience in sales/front office
  • A track record of success in sales including strong negotiation and outstanding customer service
  • Impeccable presentation, excellent communication and the confidence to build rapport with a wide range of people
  • The ability to work both individually and as a team to achieve desired outcomes
  • Ability to conduct cold calls and secure new referral sources
  • Knowledge of Aged Care including fees and funding (Ideal but not essential)
  • Qualifications in sales and/or customer service would be an advantage (but not essential)
