Based in central Melbourne, you will enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work model, with wfh opportunities once out of training.


The Role

This is not your standard client services role Join the sales team and manage end-to-end projects, be your client's advocate, work toward deadlines, and manage internal and external stakeholders all whilst building strong customer relationships.

6-month temporary role, immediate start with a high chance of extension.

Work in the office full time initially whilst in training, with work-from-home flexibility once you have been fully trained and have all of the tools needed to excel in this role.


DUTIES

  • Manage outbound and inbound calls to your allocated clients
  • Coordinate and manage a variety of projects at any one time
  • Stakeholder management both internal and external
  • Collaborate with internal teams to work towards the same common goal
  • Provide highlevel customer service
  • Update the database and multiple systems
  • Work towards set targets and KPIs
  • Hold weekly meetings to update your clients on project timelines
  • Act as an escalation point for customer issues
  • Work with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing
  • Administration and adhoc duties as required


 Monday
  • Friday; 9am 5pm fulltime role

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Recent experience with stakeholder management is a must
  • Experience within the banking or financial services space is desirable
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • An understanding of KYC processes and regulations is desirable
  • Immediate availability with the capacity to work for 6 months and extend past this time
