Project Administrator to join their team and contribute to the continued success and growth of the business.

The Role:

***Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination of all project administrative tasks, from project acceptance through to project completion, and play a crucial support role to the Construction Managers/Project Managers and Site Supervisors in the delivery of multiple projects.

As a key member of the project team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administration and contract support to various project teams.
  • Assisting in project administration and coordination to ensure compliance with project contractual obligations
  • Assessing clientissued documents, and providing key document control
  • Setting up project job files at the commencement of the project
  • Ensuring compliance with project reporting requirements and assisting with pricing review and payment claim preparation/submission
  • Updating various project folders ensuring document registers are maintained accurately
  • Attending formal project meetings, preparing meeting minutes and supporting the Project Teams as directed, driving close out of actions as assigned
  • Effectively communicating relevant project information to project staff
  • Maintaining QA and HSE documentation
  • Receiving, distributing and filing all project correspondence
  • Preparing all outgoing project correspondence as directed
  • Ensuring licences, qualifications, training and leave records and site registers are kept current

Your Profile:


You are a passionate and high-energy professional, who has proven experience in a similar Project Administrator/Coordinator role, ideally within the construction industry and/or a project-based industrial manufacturing environment.

You will be a strong and confident communicator and have the ability to multitask and reprioritise when business demands are changed.

You love going above and beyond when partnering with stakeholders' to provide exceptional service and have the ability to build long-lasting, trusted relationships with a variety of personality types.


In addition, you are a self-motivated and reliable team member, have excellent communication skills and enjoy taking ownership of your work and proactively managing your workflow.
