About the Role

Your main responsibilities involve devising and executing lifestyle programs to enhance the well-being and quality of life of our residents. These programs play a vital role in promoting social interaction, mental stimulation, and physical activity among the residents.

Your primary functions include:

  • Activity Planning: Creating a variety of lifestyle programs tailored to residents' preferences.
  • Resident Assessment: Reviewing Lifestyle Assessments to ensure appropriate programming.
  • Program Implementation: Managing planned activities and events to ensure they are safe and inclusive for all residents.
  • Volunteer Coordination: Recruiting and managing volunteers to support activities and events.

Skills & Experience

  • Cert IV Leisure & Health.
  • Adaptable, passionate, and eager to learn.
  • Skilled at teamwork and collaboration.
  • Effective communication skills.
