We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to join our projects team at Leaderearthworks. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the delivery of site works on unique and exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site supervision of plant, labour, and subcontractors.
  • Efficient planning and co-ordination of all site work.
  • Documenting / reviewing / maintaining paperwork including Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), licenses, and tickets.
  • Enforcing and demonstrating safe work practices in all site-related works.
  • Ensuring that personnel is adequately trained and supported.
  • Assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer with site operations.
  • Monitoring progress to meet budget and targets.
About You

You will be an experienced Site Supervisor who has a background in delivering civil projects. You will have:

  • Proven ability to undertake the role of Supervisor and manage sub-contractors.
  • Strong people management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to take a hands-on approach on site.
  • Plant Operation tickets, advantageous but not essential.
  • Drivers licence.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
