  • Marketing Manager, Home Buying - 2 permanent roles
  • Marketing Manager, Everyday Banking - 6 months fixed term
  • Marketing Manager, Insurance - 12 months fixed term

Consumer Marketing is a Centre of Excellence within CommBank's Marketing and Corporate Affairs function.

On a typical day, you will:

  • Develop marketing strategies aligned with data and insights
  • Project manage campaigns to drive business objectives and enhance customer experience
  • Collaborate with core partners to execute go-to-market plans
  • Manage campaign execution, delivery, and reporting
  • Analyze campaign performance to provide insights for business improvement
  • Uphold brand voice consistency across all channels
  • Adhere to the Code of Conduct

We are looking for individuals who have:

  • Experience in end-to-end campaign delivery
  • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
  • Commercial acumen to track ROI from campaign metrics
  • Ability to transform data into actionable insights
  • Skills in stakeholder relationship building
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • At least 5 years' experience in marketing
  • Preferred experience in technology and financial services marketing
