You'll be responsible for

  • Developing strategic customer and broker data, analytics and insights reporting across Workers Compensation Distribution
  • Supporting the Distribution team to take a customer view of data to create compelling insights for Executive reviews and other reporting for our customers and partners
  • Acting as Distribution data lead, offering strategic analytics and insights for our business, customers and partners.
  • Serving as a primary reference and information source for stakeholders, providing valuable guidance in interpreting data.
  • Overseeing the administration of reporting dashboards to ensure efficient and secure data management.
  • Providing dedicated support to the Distribution and Senior Leadership team, contributing to the development and execution of initiatives and reporting aimed at delivering sustainable customercentric outcomes.

About you

  • Qualified in a relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrated MicroStrategy and/or Power Business Intelligence(BI) dashboard and report development experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in data analytics and business reporting for a complex matrixed insurance or financial services organisation.
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions and demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights, and evaluate options for decision making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact, and influence.
