The Role:


As part of the Supply Chain team, the W&D analysts are required to monitor and improve the Logistics and Warehousing activities used by Haleon.

These analysts coordinate, monitor and manage third-party providers for all activities including the handling of Haleon products through freight, warehousing and repacking activities.

This ensures Haleon has adequate monitoring and control over the services provided in these links of the Supply Chain while also looking for potential cost saving initiatives and improvements to customer service.

This role is a limited tenure contract role until 31st January 2024.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Work collaboratively with the ANZ Warehouse and Distribution team to achieve the overall strategy and annual deployment plan (cost, service, process, systems, customer logistics collaboration) in alignment with central/global support functions (Global Logistics, Quality, Finance, Procurement, IT)
  • Partner with Quality Assurance to ensure quality standards are met in ANZ Distribution networks
  • Assist management with month, quarter and year end closure activities as needed
  • Support major projects such as site changes, network modelling changes, business structure changes and new product introductions
  • Support internal and external audits as required
  • Master Data maintenance activities on adhoc basis as required
  • Adherence to Haleon Warehousing and Distribution standards and area ways of working
  • Support budget and synergy targets for W&D

About you:

  • Possesses a strong customer service mindset and work collaboratively with the broader business team to identify and drive continuous improvement to benefit the customer experience from Haleon Consumer Healthcare specifically from supply logistics
  • Can maintain strong stakeholder management with all levels of the business and our external Logistics partners
  • Able to analyse and interpret data in a succinct manner
  • Is well organised and able to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast moving dynamic environment
