We are hiring 2x Finance Administrators - Permanent Full Time vacancies to be based in Canberra. These roles provide you the opportunity to partner and work cross-functionally within Epicon and the wider Telstra Business.


As a Finance Administrator, you thrive on building relationships with stakeholders and understanding their business to identify opportunities for improvement and create exceptional customer experiences.

Your role is integral to safeguarding our business by delivering timely and accurate administrative tasks such as data input, reporting and reconciliations to support the Finance function and achieve team objectives.

What you will do- Provide administrative support to the senior leadership team including but not limited to calendar management, correspondence and communications- Liaison between external and internal stakeholders and the senior leadership team, being the first point of contact for them- Assisting with general workforce administration duties required for the meeting of people outcomes- Assisting with assisting with accounts receivable, accounts payable and general financial admin work- Assisting with the distribution and ongoing communication and correspondence with stakeholders- HR Coordination - onboarding new employees, organising of meetings and events, catering, minutes and associated activities- Prepare and generate reports and presentations, as required
