One of Australia's reputable Federal Government Departments is looking to engage with a
Business Support / HR Generalist to join their team.

The successful
Business Support / HR Generalist will work closely with the Senior Officer and will be responsible for a wide range of activities associated with business support, finance, contract administration, procurement, logístical and administrative services.

The successful
Business Support / HR Generalist will secure an
initial 6 month contract plus extension options and
a rewarding hourly rate.


The successful
Business Support / HR Generalist will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Deliver invoice and purchase order processing.
  • Manage the administration of contracts including maintaining accurate records and providing reports and analysis on divisional contracts to management upon request.
  • Provide administrative support, information management and project assistance across the division.
  • Provide compliance advice to management and staff with regards to the department's travel, credit card, financial, procurement and contract management policies.
The successful
Business Support / HR Generalist will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative, along with excellent organisational and time management skills with an unwavering attention to detail;
  • Proven experience develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships.
