What you'll contribute to


An exciting opportunity for a PR Coordinator to join Lexus Australia in a Max Term role until 26th April 2024.

The Public Relations Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting Lexus Motoring and Lifestyle PR activities to achieve Lexus business objectives

This role is based in Port Melbourne with flexible work arrangements on offer.


How you'll make an impact- Lead development of strategic holistic PR Plans to facilitate product launches for motoring and lifestyle media.- Implement agreed media management processes and procedures to achieve Lexus business objectives.- Support the day-to-day management of PR activity to ensure quick alignment and action (for example coordinating key meetings, assisting PR team and agencies with queries, responding to dealer partner requests).- Monitor and analyse KPIs against targets for own area and recommend improvements where required.- Support coordination of 2 PR channels, Lexus Motoring and Lifestyle PR activities.- Assist with relationship management of agencies, Lexus ambassadors, talent, media and global affiliates.

- Manage PR team budget and conduct monthly reporting


Your attributes - If you've got one or more, we'd love to hear from you- Degree qualification or equivalent experience.- Strong account management and relationship management experience.- Proven efficient coordination, organisation, and admin skills.- Experience in marketing, public relations, or communications.- Understanding of the Australian automotive market and an avid interest in the Lexus brand.
