**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive PR and Communications strategies to promote the brand and high-end apartments of the company.
- Create and execute innovative PR campaigns that generate buzz and interest in the company's offerings among key audiences.
- Cultivate relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, influencers, analysts, and other stakeholders to pitch stories and generate coverage.
- Write and edit a range of content, including press releases, media pitches, blog posts, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
- Manage the company's social media presence, creating content and engaging with followers to enhance brand reputation and awareness.
- Monitor media coverage and provide regular reports on the company's reputation, key messages, and competitor activities.
- Plan and coordinate events and activities that support PR and Communications activities, such as webinars, conferences, and open houses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, sales, design, and construction to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- Five years (desired) of experience in public relations and communications, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging content across multiple platforms.
- Experience with social media management, including content creation and engagement.
- Proven success in generating positive media coverage and managing crisis communications.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, exercising influence, and building relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
