Ignite have partnered with a large well-respected aviation client who are looking to hire a passionate Project and Communications Specialist for a fixed term contract


This is a great opportunity working on a project focused on end-to-end business improvement with a focus on digital transformation.

As part of the project team, you will be providing expert change communication and engagement advice to ensure consistency and a coordinated approach to project communications.


ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Lead the design, develop and implement communication and engagement plans to support a large strategic transformation program.
  • Write, edit and distribute communication materials associated with the communications and engagement requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on communication of organisational programs, change projects and issues, ensuring messages are consistent across a range of mediums and audiences.
  • Develop and oversee sequenced, leaderled, top down/bottomup communication processes to ensure all audiences are informed and engaged regarding business projects, programs and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships across the business to ensure there is coordination of all engagement and communication activities in support of organisational objectives.
  • Work closely with a group of internal experts, who are responsible for the delivery of a number of initiatives under the program.
  • Define, manage and monitor objectives for all communication and engagement activities related to the program.
  • Partner directly with the Program Change Lead

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • Bachelor's degree in communications (or related discipline) or significant communications and engagement experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide advice and direction on communication and engagement strategies.
  • Demonstrated development of highquality project communications with a professional approach.
  • Excellent management and communication skills proven ability to motivate people to achieve an agreed outcome.
